Would definitely recommend for a fleeting trip
Lovely house, spacious room with a 4 poster bed, complete with a walk-in shower and the fluffiest towels. Breakfast was excellent, and the outdoor dining area added to the good experience of my stay.
No problems at all

Our stay at Sennen Rise was wonderful! John’s breakfast options blew us away each morning, and his cozy artwork. A slightly later check-in would’ve been nice, but overall, we loved it!

Staying here was fantastic! The kids loved exploring Gwynver beach, a perfect mix of excitement and relaxation for our family. We also enjoyed special dinners that catered to our preferences.
My wife thinks the activity options for families could be improved.

Couples seeking comfort
The breakfast was nothing short of amazing. John even went out of his way to whip up some sausage barms for us to take along when we had to leave early, that's not something you find everywhere.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

perfect base for exploring beautiful coastal attractions and landmarks
I loved how close it was to Land's End, just a 2.5 km stroll away, and it was wonderful to enjoy the fine views at Gwenver Beach, only a little over 2 km down the road. It's an ideal spot for anyone who enjoys weekend strolls to see the sights.

I almost gave this hotel a good review, but the later check-in time made my arrival an absolute disaster. And while the room was supposed to be a beautiful double, i dare say it felt just like a regular bedroom. I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. Very disappointing overall!

The breakfast was wonderful with delicious options, including homemade jams. Our Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was beautifully decorated, and the views were fine. John was a fantastic host.
Better instructions for check-in would have been helpful.
